Laura joined Basis in 2008 and is a Research Director in the quantitative team. She previously worked at Synovate, where she specialised in communications research. Since joining Basis, she has carried out work on ad hoc projects such as U&A studies, website evaluation, and concept testing. She’s primarily worked with face to face and online methodologies, across a number of verticals including retail, telecoms, automotive, and gambling. Laura has a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University.
